Hi, I'm Ava, a filmmaker and wedding videographer based in Michigan and New England. After graduating from The University of Michigan, I worked in the film industry in New York City for several years. While in New York, I filmed and edited videos for top fashion brands including Ralph Lauren and Victoria's Secret. I also worked in post-production on commercials for brands including Progressive Insurance, La Mer, and Mastercard.
I am now excited to focus my filmmaking skills on weddings, and I always strive to ensure a positive and collaborative experience with all my clients. I love filming weddings because every couple I work with has a unique and inspiring story. As a wedding videographer, I will capture the most important moments of your wedding day, as well as the thoughtful details.

Why hire me?
In addition to capturing thoughtful, high value footage and audio throughout your day, I will put great care into editing and choosing the best clips from your ceremony, toasts, and the day to include in your highlight video. I worked for three years in New York City specifically doing editing and post-production, and I am skilled at creating an engaging story through editing. I also have strong skills in video finishing, which includes audio mixing and color grading.
